River Cruise Departure (if you booked the option with cruise) is at the foot of the Eiffel Tower- Boarding Pier number 3 near Big Bus Stop 8. Please note your River cruise tickets will be provided by a Big Bus agent when boarding on the bus they will then tell you where to board and what time the departures are. Departure Times: every 45 minutes between 10:30am–9:00pm (every 30 minutes on weekends). Before you visit The River Cruise, you must redeem this voucher and book a time slot for the River Cruise. Once you have made the booking you will need to go to the Big Bus London website, then to the manage booking section using your last name and booking reference, alternatively our on-street staff can assist. If you are unable to check-in online, then please keep hold of this voucher and take it to your nearest Big Bus stop where a member of the team will be able to select a date & time for you.
