Itinerary
After a 10 minutes drive from the hotel we will go and board the ferry to take us across the Strait of Magellan after an hour and 45 minutes enjoying the views of Tierra del Fuego, sea birds and if we are lucky enough dolphins.
Among the different options in this incredible Lodge we can choose from fishing in the Lake Deseado rainbow trouts, brown trouts might be caught. Perhaps hiking in the woods to get to this amazing waterfall, to tour around in your van to go and see other lakes of amazing colours and drive up and down in this Cordillera.
Today we might go all together in your van towards Lake Fagnano, Rassmussen, the Natural Reserve Parque Karunkinka to take pictures of guanacos, wonderful lookouts.
Sheep ranching activities
Today we leave in the morning towards Punta Arenas, in order to make it interesting we would drive through a different route visiting Cerro Sombrero a small village of workers of the ENAP, National Company of Oil settled in Tierra del Fuego since 1945.
After that another ferry with a shorter distance on it but with great views of the Atlantic Ocean so we will be enjoying the same views Ferdinand Magellan had in 1520 when we did sail along the Strait of Magellan of his way to the Pacific Ocean.
