Itinerary

Day 1: Ushuaia
Welcome to Argentina’s southernmost city! Upon arrival at Ushuaia Airport, you will have a shared transfer to your hotel.

Day 2: Ushuaia - Full-Day Trekking & Paddling in the National Park
After breakfast, we will pick you up at your hotel and depart on a full-day excursion to Tierra del Fuego National Park (shared service, entrance fee not included). This tour will give you the opportunity to get off the beaten path and see a side of the park that most visitors miss. Your guided tour of the park includes hiking along the Beagle Channel and canoeing on the Lapataia River to Lapataia Bay (lunch is included). After enjoying the stunning views and learning about the region’s incredible scenery, you’ll be driven back to your hotel. The rest of the evening will be free to enjoy as you wish. **Note: Canoeing: 1 hour. Subject to weather conditions. Canoeing equipment is included. **Please bring: Waterproof jacket, fleece jacket, extra pair of socks, waterproof shoes or sneakers with good traction, hat and sunglasses.

Day 3: Ushuaia - Half-Day Beagle Channel Cruise
After breakfast, you’ll make your way to the pier at downtown for a boat ride (shared service) on the famous Beagle Channel (transport to the pier is not provided). Gain gorgeous panoramas of Ushuaia Bay and see diverse marine wildlife like cormorants or fur seals on Alicia, De los Lobos and De los Pajaros islands. Very close to those, is Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, an authentic symbol of Ushuaia. Hop off the boat on one of the Bridges Isles, where you’ll walk and listen to the history of the native inhabitants, the Yamanas. You’ll enjoy amazing panoramic views of the Beagle Channel with the town of Ushuaia in the distance. During the ride, you will be offered included coffee, tea or a glass of mate, the typical Argentine beverage. After the tour, you’ll get back to your hotel by your own means and the rest of the afternoon is yours to enjoy as you wish. **Port Tax not included**Subject to weather conditions.

Day 4: Ushuaia / Punta Arenas
After breakfast, you’ll make your own way to Ushuaia bus station (transport to bus station is not provided) to embark on a full-day bus trip into Chile, passing through some of Patagonia’s most stunning scenery. Take into account that you’ll be crossing international borders so keep your passport handy!

Day 5: Punta Arenas / Puerto Natales
At the appropriate time, make your way to Punta Arenas bus station (transport to bus station is not provided). Once on board, a 3 to 4-hour bus ride will take you to Puerto Natales. **OPTIONAL: This day, you have the option to upgrade your regular bus to a door-to-door transport that includes a navigation and walk on Magdalena Island on Punta Arenas (which houses one of the largest colonies of Magellanic Penguins). This tour is available from mid Oct to March 31st at an extra cost. Please write your request of quotation in the ‘Special Requirements’ box (while booking) and we’ll check availability.

Day 6: Puerto Natales - Full-Day Torres del Paine
After breakfast, we will pick you up at your hotel and depart on a shared full-day guided excursion to Torres del Paine National Park, one of the most beautiful parks in Patagonia (entrance fee is not included). On the way, you’ll visit Milodon Cave, a natural monument composed of 3 caverns (entrance fee is not included). At Torres del Paine, you will visit the most scenic panoramas of the park that are accessible by vehicle. This park is full of stunning natural beauty, some highlights of this tour are Grey Lake, Pehoe Lake, Salto Grande waterfall, Nordenskjöld Lake, Amarga Lagoon, among others. On the way, your guide will point out local wildlife like wild guanacos, caramel-coloured animals in the llama family. During the tour, we will go to a restaurant located inside the park to take a break with the option of having lunch -not included-. At the end of the tour, you will be driven back to your hotel. *Snack included* and child seats available (3 to 5 years old) requested in advance

Breakfast:

Day 7: Puerto Natales / El Calafate
After breakfast, make your way to Puerto Natales bus station (transport to bus station is not provided). You will take a bus to either El Calafate (In Argentina) or Punta Arenas (Chile) depending on how you are planning to continue with your journey. Please let us know your preference upon booking, and we'll schedule the bus accordingly. End of our services. **On day 7 you can choose to take your bus back to Punta Arenas or to El Calafate. **It is highly recommended that you reach bus stations at least 30 minutes before departure time. **NOTES: Our itinerary is pretty flexible, so if you need to add extra nights or want to add extra tours to the itinerary, we can quote them for you. Just make sure to let us know in advance using the ‘Special Requirements’ box while booking. **The duration and order of tours are approximate, depending on the time of day, traffic conditions, etc.
