Meet at 8:30am at Frankfurt am Main Central Station, Main Entrance (Address: Am Hauptbahnhof 60329 Frankfurt, Germany) Please arrive 15 min prior to departure time. Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 7 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability Please provide all traveller's name, passport no,, gender, date of birth and nationality at the time of booking It’s the traveller’s responsibility to check and fulfil passport, visa, health and immigration requirements for all countries listed in the itinerary. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Due to the capacity of the luggage compartment, each traveller can only carry one stowed luggage (up to 30 kg) plus 1 hand-carry luggage. The hotel accommodation included are all comply with local three-star hotel requirements, all rooms are equipped with private bathroom; Shared twin room, 2 adults sharing one room. One child (Aged 3-11) is allowed to share room with 2 adults, with no extra bed; Option to upgrade to adult price if extra bed is needed) Free of charge for infants aged 0-2. as long as the infant is sharing room with 2 adults; Not occupying a coach seat, no extra bed. Option to upgrade to Child ticket if a coach seat is required. For odd-sized groups / solo travellers, a single supplement surcharge of €40 per person per night applies. No triple rooms will be arranged for groups of 3 due to the limited amount of triple rooms in hotels in Europe. Hotel information will be provided 24-48 hours before departure date. TourTourGo reserves the rights to arrange Chinese speaking & Vietnamese speaking customers to take the same coach bus when the group size is small. The tour manager on tour will be able to speak and service the customers in their preferred language.
