Day 1: Kathmandu Arrival
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by your guide who will assist you with the necessary arrangements and transfers to the hotel. Take some time to relax and acclimate to the city's vibrant atmosphere.

Day 2: Preparation Day
On a preparation day in Kathmandu, you can explore some iconic sights while handling essential trip logistics. Visit Pashupatinath Temple for spiritual insight, Boudhanath Stupa for a serene atmosphere, and Kathmandu Durbar Square for cultural immersion. You can also shop for last-minute trekking gear in Thamel and savor local flavors at nearby restaurants. Finish the day by checking your travel documents and connecting with your guide for final trip details.

Day 3: Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar (175 km / 6-7 hours)
The drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar, covering about 175 km, typically takes around 6-7 hours, depending on road and traffic conditions. Starting from the bustling city of Kathmandu, you’ll pass through scenic landscapes, including lush green hills, small villages, and terraced farms. The drive follows the Prithvi Highway along the Trishuli River, providing beautiful river views. As you near Besisahar, the road becomes narrower, winding through the foothills of the Annapurna region, hinting at the adventure awaiting you on the trekking trails.

Day 4: Drive from Besisahar to Chame (67 km / 4-5 hours)
After an early breakfast, a scenic drive from Besisahar to Chame by sharing Jeep, which will take approximately 10-11 hours. The journey offers mesmerizing views of rural Nepal, passing through charming villages, terraced fields, and lush green forests. Chame, the district headquarters of Manang, is situated at an altitude of around 2,670 meters and provides a great introduction to the magnificent Annapurna region.

Day 5: Trek from Chame to Pisang (14 km / 5-6 hours)
Today, your trekking adventure begins as you set off from Chame towards Pisang. The trail winds through picturesque landscapes, offering breathtaking views of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal. You'll pass through dense forests, cross suspension bridges over the Marsyangdi River, and encounter traditional Tibetan-influenced villages along the way. After 5-6 hours of trekking, you'll reach Pisang, a beautiful village known for its stunning views of Annapurna and its distinct cultural heritage.

Day 6: Trek from Pisang to Manang (15.7 km / 5-6 hours)
Leaving Pisang behind, you'll continue your trek towards Manang. The trail gradually ascends, allowing you to witness the majestic Himalayan peaks becoming more prominent. As you approach Manang, the landscape changes, transitioning into a more arid and alpine environment. Manang, situated at an altitude of approximately 3,540 meters, is a traditional Tibetan village renowned for its unique culture and stunning vistas of Annapurna III, Gangapurna, and Tilicho Peak.

Day 7: Acclimatization day at Manang

Day 8: Trek from Manang to Yak Kharka (10.8 km / 4-5 hours)
Continuing your journey, you'll trek from Manang to Yak Kharka. The trail leads through barren landscapes and offers panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. As you ascend further, you'll notice a decrease in vegetation, with only sturdy bushes and scattered juniper trees dotting the hillsides. Yak Kharka, situated at an elevation of approximately 4,050 meters, is a small settlement where yaks and other livestock graze in the high-altitude pastures.

Day 9: Trek from Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (7.5 km / 3-4 hours)
Today's trek takes you from Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi, a small village located at the foot of the Thorong La pass. The trail gradually climbs uphill, traversing rocky terrains and glacial moraines. As you approach Thorong Phedi, you'll be surrounded by towering peaks, creating a dramatic backdrop. This rest stop will provide you with some time to relax and prepare for the challenging crossing of the Thorong La pass tomorrow.

Day 10: Cross Thorong La pass down to Muktinath (16.4 km / 8-9 hours), Drive to Jomsom (1.5 hours)

Starting early in the morning, you'll ascend steeply to reach the pass at an impressive altitude of 5,416 meters.
