Tour Overview

Hunza Nagar is an hamlet surrounded by the most mesmerizing mountains of the Karakorum group including Rakaposhi, Diran, Golden, Shishper and Passu Peaks. The views are breath taking and the feeling is of a paradise on earth. The two kingdoms of Hunza and Nagar coexisted as rivals and that kept them battle hardened and creative. The ancient Silk Route also passes through the valley and its traces are found at many places, it connected Indus Civilization with the Chinese Civilization. Modern time Hunza Nagar is synonym with women empowerment and cultural emancipation. Winter sports including Ice Hockey is a new addition on the atlas of the region and has added color to the otherwise dull winter life in the region. Cherry blossom and autumn dry leaves are the unforgettable scenes. Attabad lake and Altit/Baltit Forts are places of special significance in the region. All these beauties and traces are along the Karakorum Highway and the place has comfortable Rendezvous for the travelers.

Itinerary

Day 1: Islamabad
Faisal Mosque is the 6th largest mosque in the world. It was built by the Saudi King Shah Faisal in 1976. Due to its most unique architecture this place attracts large number of foreign of visitors every month.

Day 2: Islamabad- Gilgit- Hunza
On the second day of Hunza valley tour we will go to Gilgit City by Air. By reaching there we will continue to see the Buddha Rock in Gilgit.

Day 3: Baltit Fort - Altit Fort - Ganish - Duikar
Baltit Fort is located in Karimabad Hunza, The fort was founded in 8th century CE. In 2004 UNESCO added Baltit fort in its tentative list of UNESCO Heritage Sites.. The fort guide will brief us in detail and show us around.

Day 4: Attabad Lake - Ondra Poygah - Ghulkin Glacier - Borith Lake
The Attabad lake is located in the Gojal region of Hunza. The lake was formed in 2010 due to a natural disaster. Later on this lake became the top tourist destination of the World. We will do boating, jet skiing at the Attabad Lake.

Day 5: Passu Glacier - Suspesion Bridge Hussaini - Passu Cones
Passu Glacier is One of the most Beautiful Glacier in Hunza. Due to its white texture and formation it is heaven among adventure lovers. We will do a short trek of 1 hour to reach the Glacier. View: Passu Glacier, Passu Cones

Day 6: Khunjerab China Border
The Khunjerab Border is the highest point of Karakoram Highway. The pass connects Pakistan with China. World's highest TAM is also installed near the border. The Khunjerab National Park is unique because if you're lucky enough you can witness Snow Leopard and Himalayan ibex from your naked eyes.

Overnight "Hunza Marcopolo Inn Gulmit"

Day 7: Gulmit- Summayar- Gilgit City
On this day we will visit Music School in Gulmit. the school is USAID funded project which aims to promote local music and musical instruments. You will witness the young boys and girls playing local musical instruments and singing folk songs.

Day 8: Gilgit - Islamabad
On this day we will take flight and go back to the capital, Islamabad. We will do some shopping, roam around and enjoy street foods

Day 9: Departure
Departure Day. We will say goodbye to our wonderful guests. Exchange of Gifts will be made, Certificates will be provided to you.
