Please note that you should follow the below steps in order to activate your pass: 1. Take note of your Booking ID 2. Download the Smartvisit app to your mobile phone (https://app.smartvisit.com/download). 3. After registering on the app, click the “Add Pass” button and use the Booking ID provided to retrieve your pass. 4. Your Pass information along with attraction, experiences and tour information will be available on the app. "Your passes should be available for add to the Smartvisit Wallet within 24 hours of booking" • All bookings and redemptions for tours and activities need to be made through the Smartvisit APP. • Once tickets are issued, they cannot be cancelled or amended. • Some tours and activities need to be made in advance and are subject to availability.
