Itinerary

Day 1: Brussels
Arrival at Brussels Airport. Accommodation in the hotel in Brussels by voucher after 14:00. By earlier arrival You can use the Luggage storage at the hotel. Meeting point is the Hotel lobby at 2:30pm (14:30) for the welcoming by the Guide. Attn. This trip can be organised starting in Paris without any surcharge.

Day 2: Brussels — Ghent — Bruges
Full Day trip to Ghent and Bruges with sightseeing walking tours — medieval historical cities of Flandern (~ 110 km) - amazingly preserved monuments and buildings of medieval architecture. Ghent is the former capital of Flanders and the second seaport of Belgium. Admire Ghent's highlights, like St. Bavo Cathedral, St. Nicolas Church and the Castle of the Counts of Flanders.

Day 3: Brugge — Antwerp — Amsterdam
Departure from Brugge to Antwerpen (~95 km). Walking Tour in Antwerpen. Antwerp - the heart of ancient Flanders, the city of Rubens, van Dyck, the world's largest center for diamond cutting. You'll visit the Grote Markt, the Plantin-Moretus Museum and the medieval fortress of Het Steen.

Day 4: Amsterdam — Zaanse Schans & Volendam — Amsterdam
Walking tour of Amsterdam of its beautiful historical center. You'll see top attractions like Dam Square, the Royal Palace, the Rembrandt House Museum and more. Dam Square, just five-minutes walk from Centraal Station, was created in the 13th century when a dam was built around the river Amstel to prevent the sea from flooding the city. In the middle You'll see the controversially phallic National Memorial statue of 1956 dedicated to Dutch soldiers and members of the resistance of World War II. Royal Palace (Koninklijk Palace) is no longer home to the Dutch Royal family, is still used to hold official receptions. Madame Tussauds is the world famous wax works museum, the Nieuwe Kerk often used for important art exhibitions and Beurs van Berlage, an old stock exchange building now used as a concert hall. The Rembrandt House Museum is located in the house where Rembrandt lived from 1639 to 1658. In 1907 the city of Amsterdam purchased it and opened in 1911 the Rembrandt House Museum.

Day 5: Amsterdam — Giethoorn — Amsterdam
Half day trip to Giethoorn. During the City walking tour Giethoorn You'll learn the city and its picturesque landscape of quiet canals, wooden bridges, and Dutch houses. Take part at a boat cruise through Giethoorn’s canals as well. Trip back to Amsterdam. Free time

Day 6: Amsterdam — Alkmaar — Delft — Brussels
Guided Visit of the cheese auction in Alkmaar (~45 km from Amsterdam) with the show "Cheese Skating" (from 1 April to 29 September). Alkmaar is famous for its cheese market and cultural landmarks. Walking across the medieval city center to explore sights like Stadhuis and the Waag (Weighing House) on Waagplein, main symbol of Alkmaar. Departure to Delft (~90 km).
