Day 2: Andasibe
Andasibe-Mantadia National Park, located in eastern Madagascar, is one of the country’s most popular and accessible protected areas, renowned for its rich biodiversity and exceptional wildlife, particularly its lemur species. The park lies about 140 km (87 miles) east of Antananarivo, Madagascar's capital, and spans roughly 155 square kilometers (60 square miles), though the surrounding protected forests contribute to a larger conservation area. It is situated within the tropical rainforest zone, benefiting from a humid climate that supports a diverse range of flora and fauna.

From here, visitors can enjoy one of the best panoramic views of the city and its surroundings. The Rova is not only significant for its architecture but also for its cultural importance, as it symbolizes the rich history of the Merina Kingdom.
