Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Paro (2250m) – Thimphu (2350m)

Fly to Paro where you will be met by your guide and transferred to the hotel. You will have a day sightseeing around Paro, sights visited Ta Dzong, Paro Rimpung Dzong, Kyichu Lhakhang and Drukgyal Dzong. Overnight at Hotel in Paro.

Day 2: Thimphu – Punakha (1310m)

Depart from Thimphu and drive to Punakha, known for its historic Punakha Dzong. Visit the magnificent Punakha Dzong and enjoy the scenic beauty of the valley.

Day 3: Punakha (1310m) – Gangtey (Phobjikha Valley) (2320m)

Travel from Punakha to Gangtey, located in the beautiful Phobjikha Valley. Explore the valley and its stunning landscapes, home to the endangered black-necked cranes.
