Itinerary

Stop 1: 0.2 hours
Stop to visit the Zabala Square, monument of the founder of our city, time for photos and see surrounding architecture.
Stop 2: 0.3 hours
Stop to visit the first founded square of Montevideo, visit the Metropolitan Cathedral, time to visit the square with the first potable water fountain of the old city and time for have a walk around the fair of craftsmen and antiques.
Stop 3: 0.4 hours
Visit our most important Square of Montevideo in the downtown. In its surroundings we can see different monuments and important buildings. Momument of our Gral. José G. Artigas hero of our country. Visit the mausoleum of him, where we will find the ashes of the general and two (2) soldiers (Blandengues) guarding the mausoleum. Photos of the Palacio Salvo one the most beautiful architectures of our city, considered in the past the highest in South America. Estevez Palace-First government house, current history museum of presidents of our country. Presidential Executive tower and The Gate of Citadel Monument.
Stop 4:
Stop to take photos and explain history of the Palace, seat of the Legislative Power of Uruguay. There the General Assembly works.
Stop 5: 0.8 hours
We will visit the Agricultural Market of Montevideo, one of the largest. Construction that began in 1906 and extended until 1912. Declares a National Historic Monument since 1999.
Stop 6: 0.5 hours
Urban Park where we will visit the Monument La Carreta and the Centennial Stadium, venue of the first world cup in 1930 and organized by FIFA. If the group of passengers want to visit the Stadium inside, you must pay a ticket not included in our tour. To see the Stadium inside from the Olympic tribune the price is around 3 dollars per person.
Stop 7: 0.3 hours
We will visit the rambla, a prolonged avenur of about 25 kms that borders the coast of the Silver River in Montevideo. We will stop at the city sign for photos and enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the neighborhood and the beach. Return to the Port of Montevideo touring part of the rambla and its neighborhoods Punta Carretas and Rodo Park.
Stop 8: 0.3 hours
Visit to the Panoramic Viewpoint of the Municipality of Montevideo, where you can appreciate incredible visits of our city, such as the hill of Montevideo, Telecommunications Tower, Cerrito de la Victoria Church, Coast and Río de la Plata. A walk through the history of our city with images and portraits of Colonial Montevideo
Stop 9: 0.5 hours
We will visit the neighborhood of Carrasco in Montevideo (most important area of houses and mansions in Montevideo City) to experience the neighborhood with its luxurious houses and nature, a very pleasant walk between its streets and commercial area. We will pass by the old Hotel Casino Carrasco (today by Sofitel) and back to the port we will make a complete walk along the coast of Montevideo, its beaches and its spectacular views
Stop 10: 0.3 hours
If travelers wish, we will leave them in this beautiful place that any tourist should know. Have lunch, buy souvenirs or take a ride on it before returning to the cruise
