Arrival at Luang Prabang International Airport and meet your guide, then transfer to your hotel.
This evening, enjoy The Ancient Kingdom walking inside the peninsular along confluence of Khan and Mekong River and surrounding beautiful Lao and French architecture of this small and charming World Heritage town. Luang Prabang Nestled in a stunning setting amid lush mountains, this sacred city of golden temples and saffron robed monks provides endless opportunities for sightseeing.
Tonight, enjoy a welcome dinner with Laos typical food.

After breakfast at the hotel, join the pier located behind the Royal Palace for a relaxing cruise on the Mekong River to the Pak Ou Sanctuary Caves, who have decorated the caves with thousands of Buddhist statues and paraphernalia. On the way, just contemplate the beautiful scenery on two shores of the Mekong River and stop in the village Ban Xang Khong, where the guide will provide you with information about silk and Saa paper production process. Cruise back to town.
In the afternoon, you take to the road, (about 30km), to discover Kuang Si, the most beautiful waterfalls of Luang Prabang, where the water is turquoise all year round. On the way back to the city centre, you can observe the daily life in a few ethnic minority villages of Laos.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then depart for the first discovery of the Luang Prabang’s cultural and spiritual heritages.
Your city tour begins with a visit of Wat Xieng Thong temple, which means the "Monastery of the Golden City", one of the higher symbols of Buddhism in Laos. Afterwards, explore the Royal Palace Museum, it is an ideal place to study or learn some history and Royal lifestyle of Laos.
Then, begin your afternoon with the Wat May temple which lies on a vast ground and features a style of religious architecture and consists of an ordination hall (sim) and some koutis (the monk’s dwellings). Continue to the Wat Aham temple and Wat Wisunarat temple, ones of the oldest temples in Luang Prabang, whose architecture is simple, except its metal roofs have more details of decoration. Before returning to your hotel, do some physical exercise by climbing up the top of Phou Si Mount to enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the UNESCO city.

Option for early morning: Wake up early and participate in the daily morning alms giving ritual to saffron clad monks on street. Laos is the only Buddhist nation still preserving this tradition. Visit fresh local markets and back to hotel for breakfast.
This morning, drive to Vang Vieng - a riverside town located in Central Laos, with an opportunity to enjoy the magnificent scenery of the road between LuangPrabang and Vang Vieng. Stop on the way to take photos from high view point and visit some local villages. Lunch on the way.

Start your day by a relaxing excursion in long tail boat on Nam Song River. It is a dam and its lake. Its realization has submerged 250 km2 of forest. This spectacular lake is endowed with a hundred small islands. Boat trip and visit villages along the river.
Our guide will escort you to Tham Jang cave 172 steps where you can see the spectacular views of the city and the landscape.
Then heading to Vientiane, about 4 hours from the capital. On the way, stop and enjoy the beautiful scenery over the Nam Ngum Lake. Check in hotel on your arrival.

Wat Sisaket with its thousands of miniature Buddha statues. The huge golden That Luang monument, where all Lao citizen respect as holy pagoda.
Vientiane’s own Victory Monument, which looks like the Arc de Triumph. This was built at the end of the Indochina wars with money rumored to be American, and earmarked for the airport’s new runway. Thus the departing Americans dubbed this monument the vertical runway! Have a look at the lovely arches inside the monument.
