- Cancellation Policy during promotions In the event of a temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure: If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest (entitled to participate for free) cancels or is a no-show on the day of departure, a penalty will be imposed. The penalty will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels. Please ensure to notify us of any changes in your booking to avoid penalties.
- Booking Guidelines For parties exceeding four guests or those requiring separate rooms, please create separate bookings. To stay together on the same bus, provide all confirmation numbers once your bookings are complete.
- Niagara Falls Classic Tour Packages 1 and 2(Including: Whirlpool Park + Cave of the Winds + summer Itinerary-Maid of the Mist or winter Itinerary-Old Fort Niagara State Park) must be purchased together and cannot be selected separately.
- Due to the presidential inauguration on 01/20/2025, the DN3 Day1 Washington DC tour itinerary will be adjusted as follows: a. Road closures and traffic congestion may occur on the day of the tour, so please refer to the actual arrangements of the tour guide for the itinerary on that day; b. Due to the shortage of hotel resources in the area near DC during the inauguration, after the Washington DC tour, you will stay in a Harrisburg area hotel: Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Harrisburg West Mechanicsburg or equivalent.
