  • Room Details All hotel rooms are equipped with either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed, depending on availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers.
  • Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
  • Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
  • Room Selection For parties exceeding four guests or for those desiring separate rooms, please create separate bookings.

  • Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.
  • 3rd &4th guests promoted discounted: ensuring that all participants share accommodations in a same room. Promotion price as what you see. Please note that additional charges, including admission fees and other expenses, will apply to all participants.
  • What to Bring: Comfortable shoes and clothes, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.
  • Pick-Up Location Policy:When booking, please select your pick-up hotel. If undecided, you may update your pick-up location later. However, you must contact us or update this information yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update your pick-up location prior to the departure date may result in missing the tour. The company will not be responsible for missed tours, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
  • In the event of temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure for the BUY 2 GET 2 FREE promotion: If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest who was entitled to participate for free cancels within 3 days before departure or is a NO SHOW on the day of departure, we will impose a penalty. The penalty amount will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels temporarily
  • Booking Details: Ensure all booking details (name, contact, flight info) are accurate. Errors will result in personal costs. A reachable phone number is required for safety and communication.
  • Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
  • Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

Day 1: Vancouver --Kelowna --Revelstoke / Salmon Arm
Pass through Merritt in the morning and visit a VQA-certified winery. Continue to Kelowna, the “Fruit Capital” of BC, and enjoy the scenic Okanagan Lake. End the day in Revelstoke or Salmon Arm for an overnight stay. Itinerary: Vancouver → Merritt (Pass by) → Kelowna → Winery (45 mins) → Okanagan Lake (30 mins) → Revelstoke / Salmon Arm Highlights: Grizzli / Summerhill Winery: Stunning views and unique local wines. Okanagan Lake: A beautiful, clear lake ideal for sightseeing.

Day 2: Revelstoke / Salmon Arm --Columbia Icefield --Banff
In the morning, we’ll head toward the Rocky Mountains via Highway 1, passing through the scenic Rogers Pass in Glacier National Park. We’ll then enter Banff National Park through Yoho National Park. At the Columbia Icefield, guests can board the Ice Explorer to experience the ancient Athabasca Glacier up close. Next, we’ll pass by Bow Lake and visit the stunning Peyto Lake, known for its crystal-clear waters and mountain views. We’ll also stop at the iconic Bow Falls before arriving in Banff Town, where you’ll have free time to explore, shop for souvenirs, or enjoy local cuisine. Itinerary: Revelstoke / Salmon Arm → Glacier National Park (Pass by) → Yoho National Park (Pass by) → Banff National Park → Crowfoot Glacier (Pass by) → Columbia Icefield (90 mins, Ice Explorer) → Bow Lake (Pass by) → Peyto Lake (20 mins) → Bow Falls (10 mins) → Banff Town (60 mins)

Day 3: Banff --Lake Louise -- Moraine Lake--Revelstoke / Salmon Arm
Start your morning with the breathtaking sunrise in Banff. Take the Banff Gondola up Sulphur Mountain to enjoy panoramic views of Banff Town, the majestic Rocky Mountains, and the iconic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. Then head to Lake Louise Village, surrounded by snow-capped peaks and tranquil forests—an ideal spot for a relaxing lunch (at your own expense). Next, visit the stunning Lake Louise, known as the “Sapphire of the Rockies,” followed by the serene and picturesque Moraine Lake, famous for its turquoise waters and alpine setting. After the tour, we’ll pass through Glacier National Park and return to Revelstoke or Salmon Arm for the night. Itinerary: Banff → Banff Gondola (60 mins) → Lake Louise Village (optional lunch) → Lake Louise (90 mins) → Moraine Lake (30 mins) → Glacier National Park (Pass by) → Revelstoke / Salmon Arm Note: Moraine Lake is open from June to mid-October. If it is closed during your visit, the stop will be replaced with extended time at Lake Louise.

Day 4: Revelstoke / Salmon Arm --Kamloops --Hope-- Vancouver
Today, we’ll visit the historic “Last Spike” at the Pacific Railroad Memorial, marking the completion of Canada’s transcontinental railway. Next, we’ll head to Kamloops, known for its high-quality ginseng production, and visit a local ginseng factory. Then we’ll stop by Hope, a small town with a rich Gold Rush history, before passing through the scenic Fraser Valley on our return to Vancouver. Itinerary: Revelstoke → The Last Spike (20 mins) → Kamloops Ginseng Factory (45 mins) → Hope (30 mins) → Fraser Valley (Pass by) → Vancouver
