Medium and high mountain Trekking in Los Nevados National Natural Park, a place that contain the endangered tropical glaciers, and there is the Paramo and cloudy forest ecosystems, very important ecosystems to produce a lot of water, in fact more or less the 70% of the Colombian population uses the water from the paramos. Day 1: Cocora valley (2.400) - La Argentina (3.400)

See the wax palms, the tallest palms of the world and the national tree. Then keep walking to the cloudy forest, a very preserve ecosystem typical from the andean tropical mountains

Day 2: La Argentina (3400) - Chispas Summit (4400 m) - Finca La Playa (TOLIMA) or Finca El Berlin (RISARALDA)

Meet the paramo ecosystem and the last tropical glaciers on the snow peaks. Climb up a beautiful mountain where you will have a great view of the landscape of the national natural park, feeling the cold mountains, sometimes it's cloudy, so we have to be lucky to see a lot. So many bird species are there, so we are going to looking them also.

We're going to descend from the paramo until The hummingbird's house, cross by, and finishing in Cocora valley again, then take a transportation to go to Salento again and enjoy a hot meal there
