Trip Overview

The river cruise and game drive are considered as the major highlights of the trip, as one gets the opportunity to get up close and personal with fantastic birdlife, hippos, crocodiles, and of course scores of elephant and Cape buffalo that make their way down to the river to quench their thirst.
Day One: Transfer to Chobe National Park
The clients will be transferred from Victoria falls and Livingstone to Chobe National Park at 7:30am. Guide will meet guests at Kazungula and escort them through Immigration formalities. A short briefing will be scheduled for facts such as safety. Clients Staying in Kasane will be picked up from hotels where they will be staying. At 09h30 guests board the boat and commence a 3 hour boat cruise into the Chobe National park. The boat cruise ends at the Coffee Buzz at 12h30. After a satisfying meal then there is an opportunity to do any last minute shopping in Kasane, as there are no shops within the park for personal extras guests may require.
Overnight at Chobe Safari Lodge
Lunch:
Guests are woken up as early as 06:30 with warm water for them to freshen up and a refreshing“dumela” greeting (good day). After a quick cup of tea or coffee and a light continental style breakfast, you head off on an early morning game drive. This time of day is best for finding the big cats or Wild dogs as they are still active at this time and chances of seeing them are good. Around mid to late morning guests return to camp for a delicious “bush brunch” and an opportunity to take a break before their afternoon game drive. Around 18:00, all clients will be back at the camp and have refreshing shower preparing for their supper.

Clients will be woken up at dawn to preparing themselves for the transfer to Victoria Falls. After having breakfast, clients will pack and get ready to leave the campat 10;00 on the last drive. All clients will be dropped off to their respective hotels in Kasane, Kazungula and others in Victoria Falls and Livingstone. This will mark the end of the trip.
