Tour Overview

We introduce our best custom-made itineraries that are tailored to fit your seven-day trip plans. Starting from iconic destinations, the capital Algiers "the white lady" that covers most part of the interesting destinations that you can explore and then fly to Constantine. Next day, we drive to Djemila one of the best roman ruins in Algeria. After that, we are going to drive along the highway to Constantine and stay there overnight. Drive to the roman ruins of Timgad "The Pompeii of Africa" and return back to Constantine. Explore Constantine "The city of the bridges" in a full day and fly back to Algiers. Next day, drive straight to visit the national museum of Cherchell, the Roman ruins of Tipasa and the Royal Mausoleum of Mauritania. Our itineraries are designed to make sure that your visit wil cover all the important destinations in the region and also have enough leisure time for sightseeing, shopping and relaxing.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival to Algiers, airport pick up and transfer to hotel
Meet your driver at the airport and transfer to your hotel.
Day 2: Algiers tour, Fly to Constantine and transfer to hotel
You will meet your guide in the hotel's lobby at 9h00. ​ Then we visit the beautiful 125 meter tall Church of Noter Dame d'Afrique that dominates the long bay above Bab El Oued and it offers a beautiful view with a stunning interior design and has a fine ecclesiastical architecture.
Day 3: Djemila Tour
Set out to a fascinating journey to Djemila or Cuicul known by its original name, back in time to see and explore one of the gems and magnificently preserved remains of the Roman Ruins in North Africa. Three hours from the capital, roughly 318 Km by car. The vast ruins of Djemila is known for its size, spellbinding mosaics and imposing buildings with an incredible state of preservation. It is incredibly situated, sunk between high glorious mountains with an admirable panorama of ruins that has different contrasts and topographic elevations. This Djemila tour starts at museum to see one of the most spectacular mosaics in Roman Africa and it takes guests through this ancient area of Rome, with a long walk through the Christian neighbourhood , the Severian Square, Theater and the old town with tales of its ancient history from throughout the centuries. discover what it was really like to live in an ancient Roman town over two millennia ago.
Day 4: Timgad tour
Set out to a fascinating journey to Timgad or Thamugadi known by its original name, founded in 100 AD by Trajan to the veterans of Rome, back in time to see and explore one of the enormous Roman ruins known as the Pompeii of Africa and were once buried under the sand. One hour and a half from Constantine, roughly 130 Km by car you will get to the vast ruins of Timgad is known for its huge size, about 50 hectares, symmetrical grid plan and two main oriented streets, large forum, baths, library and imposing Capitol with an incredible state of preservation. In this Timgad tour ,you’ll walk through the eerily abandoned streets of the ancient city and see one of the most spectacular structures in Roman Africa and with the help of our guides they will be able to bring the ruins dramatically to life and you’ll gain a unique insight into domestic life in antiquity. With a long walk through the Main Gate crossing the South-North oriented street , the Greatest baths of the North, Library, the massive Forum, the luxurious Latrines, Theater, The Greatest baths of the South, the huge Capitol, Marketplace of Sertius and the famous Trajan Arch ...
Day 5: Constantine tour, Fly to Algiers and transfer to hotel
After breakfast, you will meet your guide in the hotel's lobby at 9h00. ​ We start our visit by the museum and the finest Ottoman structure Palace of Ahmed Bey where you are going to walk around it to discover the courtyards, the beautiful gardens, colorful tiles with a creative awe-inspiring motifs and mosaics.
Day 6: Cherchell&Tipasa tour
It lies on the littoral and occupies the site of an illustrious city "Caesarea". Our visit begins with the ancient museum in the esplanade known as "Martyrs' Square" which houses a rich collection of statuary, mosaics, funerary tombs, relics and invites you on a journey into the history of Cherchell. Then we cross the national road from the esplanade where we can see the mosque of "El Rahman" of a somewhat unusual architecture that resembles an ancient temple with Ionic capitals, then we continue south through an alley of this small town to see the great theater and then the forum and we return by the national road to the door of Tenes and we end our visit by the great thermal baths of the West.
