We are a caring and respectful family—myself, my wife, and our adult nephew—and we love welcoming guests from around the world. Whether you're a student, traveller, or working professional, you'll feel at home in one of our three cozy, fully furnished private rooms available for homestay. Each guest room is clean, quiet, and thoughtfully prepared, and our shared living spaces offer a chance to connect, relax, and enjoy the local experience. House Rules
House Rules 1. No smoking inside the house 2. No pets allowed 3. Quiet hours after 10 PM—please keep noise to a minimum 4. Clean up after yourself in shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) 5. Ask permission before inviting guests over 6. Respect everyone's privacy and shared spaces 7. Turn off lights and appliances when not in use 8. Laundry use available once a week—please ask in advance 9. Let us know your estimated arrival time and update us if you're delayed 10. Be kind, respectful, and enjoy your stay—this is your home too!
