Lovely new studio with own kitchen and bathroom near the water at Varsity Lakes. Right next to the bus stop and Aldi. Suitable for 1 person or a couple can accommodate for 4 if needed. Sleeps 4 people. Very private space sep entry from back of the property. We have a small dog a labradoodle and 8 year old twin girls. Separate entry. Can have meals with the family or alone. Own bathroom and kitchen. Can have up to 4 single beds available in studio. Sleeps up to 4 people in this space. Can be 4 single beds or a king and 2 singles. Has a small fridge, kitchenette, bathroom and private entry.
