Welcome to Our Cozy Homestay Near Nanjing Lukou Airport! Looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Nanjing? We’ve got you covered! We're a young, friendly married couple with a 3-year-old dog, offering a welcoming atmosphere for travelers and students. Our homestay is just a 25-minute drive from Nanjing Lukou Airport, and perfectly located near Metro Line 1, making it super easy to get to the city center and explore all that Nanjing has to offer. Our spacious homestay features well-lit rooms with air conditioning, ensuring you have a relaxing place to rest. We also have a large kitchen, and the rooms are all equipped with natural light, making it a comfortable environment for both short and long stays. I’m a university English teacher, and my wife, who is from China, will be your local guide. She’s more than happy to help you navigate the city, recommend the best places to visit, and make your stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re here to study, travel, or both, our homestay is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and immerse yourself in Nanjing life.
House Rules
Feel free to use the kitchen, but kindly clean up after yourself. Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm. No smoking inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony or designated outdoor areas. Please remove your shoes at the entrance to keep our home clean. If you use any shared spaces, kindly leave them as you found them. Guests are welcome, but overnight stays for non-registered guests are not allowed. Please turn off lights, AC, and electronics when leaving the apartment to conserve energy. We love pets, but if you bring one, ensure they are well-behaved and cleaned up after. (Please ask in advanced!) If anything gets damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Most importantly, enjoy your stay and treat our home with the same care and respect as your own!
