The basement suite is fully furnished (TV, bedsheets, kitchen appliances), has a king room with its own 4 pc bathroom and a 2 bedrooms suite with a 3 pc bathroom. A separate entrance, patio, kitchen and laundry. Central heating & Air conditioning. Price includes wifi and utilities for basement suite. No mealplan. We are welcoming to people from all backgrounds! 1500CAD/month 1 person or 1800CAD for 2 persons for Room1 or Room 2 (does not include meals) +750/900 Damage Deposit
House Rules
No overnight guests. No shoes in the house. Noise to be kept to a minimum, and no loud noise after 11pm. You are responsible for cleaning up your personal space. Cleaning up public area after use. No drugs (alcohol is ok) Damage Deposit is required.

This room is a king size bed for 1-2 persons. It on the ground floor with window. A big size desk is provided.
This suite includes two bedrooms or one bed+ den. One double bed, one queen size bed and two desks are provided. Insuite washroom includes a showeroom.
