The apartment is a comfortable and cozy haven, nestled on a quiet street, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Vous pouvez vous promener le long de l'animée rue principale, où vous trouverez une variété d'excellents restaurants, de charmants cafés, des boutiques élégantes et de délicieuses boulangeries. Votre chambre dispose de grandes fenêtres et d'un balcon privé, un joyau urbain niché au cœur de la ville. Une courte promenade vous mène à l'emblématique rue Mont-Royal, animée par l'effervescence vibrante d'une artère principale animée. House Rules
Check in: is at 4:30pm Payment Method: Guests must pay 25% of the booking total in advance plus a $150 damage deposit to hold your room via Paypal. Deposit The $150 deposit is required for any cleaning and incidentals such as loss or damage, which will be refunded if all is in good order, 30 days after guest leaves. The balance is due upon arrival as well as the deposit. For subsequent months, the full amount is due via Paypal on the 1st of every month. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 3 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded. Rules 1. No overnight guests 2. no parties or loud music 3. Cleaning your room and laundry are your responsibility 4. Please clean your room before you check out 5. Do your dishes after you eat 6. Pick up after yourself in the rest of the house 7. Wash your hands after you use the toilet 8. no spitting or urinating in the shower 9. cleaning the apartment will be shared with the other roommate 10. Sheets must be washed at least once per month 11. remove shoes when in the apartment 12. household supplies will be provided for the first month, after that it is your responsibility to pick up what you need. 13. No smoking is allowed in the apartment or on the premises 14. no marijuana smoking is allowed in the apartment or on the premises
