House Rules
PAYMENT METHOD & CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Payment Method: Please note that it is required for our guests to pay 50% of the booking total in advance before the arrival date to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com) and the remaining balance upon check-in. The preferred payment method is GCash sent through Western Union for international payments. For information visit the link https://www.westernunion.com/PH/en/GCash.html 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of booking is allowed at least five (5) days prior to the check-in date. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded. HOUSE RULES Cleaning and Energy Conservation 1. Clean up common areas after use (kitchen, dining, sala, toilet & bath, laundry area). 2. Maintain a clean room, garbage is thrown daily, and no meal consumption inside the room. 3. Clean/Wash cooking/eating utensils after use and use your own cleaning/washing supplies. 4. Garbage should be collected in a bag and when full, bags be placed outside the house and have to bring them to the designated area along the road weekly for garbage collection or whenever the garbage truck is around. 5. Walls, ceiling, floor, and shared items anywhere around the house should be free from any damage, stains, marking, or nails; otherwise, a Php500 will be charged for cleaner service or pay the equivalent amount in replacing/repairing the item. 6. Switch off lights and unplug devices/appliances when not using and when leaving the house. Guests 1. No overnight guest unless necessary. The number of guests accepted is as per room maximum capacity at Php 300 per guest per night up to 7 days only. 2. Guests are limited to staying in common areas and are not allowed to linger around the property. 3. Smoking is not allowed inside and this applies to both occupants and guests; Cigarette butts should be disposed of in designated bins when smoking outside. 4. Alcoholic drinks are allowed only during House events/occasions. 5. Guests have an option to use the air conditioning unit for an additional 30% on top of the booking total payable upon check-in. Privacy and Consideration for others 1. Respect other occupants. 2. Any loud noise and shouting are not allowed. 3. Avoid stocking smelly food and products. 4. No pets.
