Would love to offer a sunny, cleaned and spacious room with a King size bed to single travellers in a quiet appartement located at only two stops (10 minutes) to Catalunya plaza by train RODALIES R3 & R4. Laundry: you will find a laundromat 5 minutes away from our apartment (open from 7.00 am -9:30 pm). Address: Avenida Meridiana, #354
House Rules
+No street shoes inside home +No pets allowed. +No smoking inside the home +No parties or events. +Check-out is at 12 p.m.. +Turn off light whenever there is no need to keep them on. +Leave everything cleaned exactly how you found it before every use +Avoid water dropping. +Turn off the water heater after use. +There will be an additional charge for the loss or theft of keys, and the amount will be determined based on the costs incurred in order to obtain new keys. +Please, refrain from making noise past 11PM. +No visitors are allowed. +Always Respect Shared Spaces +You will find a laundry 5 minutes away from our apartment (from 7.00AM to 9.30PM), Address: Avenida Meridiana, 350-356 Amenity´s rules: Toilet papers, tissues and other amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, razors, teeth brush, toothpaste) will all be available on arrival, but each guest is expected to purchase their own after they use what's in the room.
