We are Nathaly and Elisa, your hosts. We offer a generator and free Wi-Fi! Our hostel has three separate rooms with private bathrooms and all the amenities. We offer a modern and cozy hostel with a European style. The three rooms are on separate floors, so you can enjoy your privacy, but if you need us, we are located downstairs. Our house is located in the center of Trinidad, close to all the attractions. A very quiet street, where you can relax. We offer you the best experience, as we also have an agency, Easy Travel Cuba, through which we arrange accommodations in other cities, excursions, and transfers throughout the country. We can help you organize all your transfers around the country, both in Trinidad and in other cities such as Havana, Viñales, Varadero, Santa Clara... and also all excursions in Trinidad.And lots of super useful tips! House Rules
- Respect the rest of the rest of the guests. - Room towels cannot be used for the beach or pool. - THE ENTRY OF PEOPLE OTHER THAN THE GUESTS IS NOT ALLOWED. The person who fails to comply with this rule will be expelled from the house immediately, regardless of the days reserved and paid for. No refund will be made for outstanding days. - Do not unplug electrical appliances in the room, nor change them from the socket to which they are connected. Each device in the room is plugged into its corresponding power and could burn them if they connect it incorrectly. - Take care of the furniture and bed and bathroom linens, with due diligence. Make sure you remove your makeup correctly to avoid leaving stains on towels and sheets. These stains are difficult to remove and sometimes do not disappear. In Cuba there is no stain remover and this forces us to throw away the towel or sheet. Please keep this in mind, and help us in its proper conservation. - Close the entrance door to the house, with a key, when you return at night or early in the morning. - The theft of any object from the room or house is not permitted. All furniture, utensils, kitchenware, appliances and electrical devices, etc., are the property of the hostel. If any object is stolen or broken, payment of the amount corresponding to its replacement will be requested, including the cost of the item and its shipping to Cuba if necessary. - If you lose your room keys, you will have to pay €5 or $5 for each lost key to replace it. The Management reserves the right to take necessary measures in the event of non-compliance with any of these rules. - Accommodation in Trinidad Gay Friendly CANCELLATION POLICY: Flexible cancellation, up to 48 hours before arrival. If you cancel up to 48 hours before your arrival, we will refund the full amount of your stay. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your arrival, we will charge the full amount paid. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: - Entry, from 2:00 p.m. - Departure, before 11:00 a.m.
