THIS PROPERTY IS SERVED WITH GOOD PUBLIC TRANSPORT ESPECIALLY FOR GUESTS WHO NEED TO WORK OR STUDY AT MATER DEI HOSPITAL AND UNIVERSITY, FLORIANA, VALLETTA ..DIRECT BUSSES TO THESE DESTINATIONS AND BUS STOP CLOSE TO MY HOUSE, also direct busses to Mdina ,to Rabat where you can visit the Roman Villa and the catacombs .Rabat is full of winding roads, gardens, many restaurants and wine bars. WE are a family of two my husband Joe who is a pensioner and myself my hobby is acting both on local tv stations and on stage...so I am quite busy , . Our house is large and the bedroom is on the first floor.It has an ensuite A small kitchenette is provided in the attic leading to a large roof..one can prepare simple meals here and in summer can enjoy sunbathing on the large roof ..ALSO A WASHING MACHINE IS PROVIDED.. Our village of Attard is in the centre of Malta but very well served with public transport,San Anton gardens which is the president s residence is a 15 minute walk,Rabat and Mdina the old capital is just a 10 min drive or you can take the bus..Ta Qali sports centre is also easy to reach..there is a fully equipped gym and a pool too..there is also the National football ground Our house has a big terrace in front of our living room We have 1 cat and a very friendly dog PLEASE NOTE THAT NO BREAKFAST IS SERVED...YOU CAN USE THE KITCHENETTE TO PREPARE YOUR BREAKFAST OR SIMPLE MEALS VERY IMPORTANT... Supermarket is just a few metres away. The archives in Rabat are easy to reach by bus
House Rules
smoking is not allowed indoors...one can smoke on the balcony, no strangers are allowed in the house without permission. I will not allow drunk guests to come in the house and please keep noise to a minimum after 11.00pm Im sure you will enjoy your stay with us during summer months maltese love to have a siesta so please no radios with high volume from 1 to 3 30 pm...WE SPEAK ENGLISH,AND I SPEAK ITALIAN TOO
