My house is 1500 meters from the city center. Being able to bike or walk. The panoramic view of the city to be enjoyed from the balcony of the house. Place airy and very quiet. It is 10 miles from the University of Campinas UNICAMP.

Smoking indoors is not allowed. Pets, only if it is small inside. Taking care of daily hygiene of the animal. Kitchen will, as long as the keep clean and sanitized. Do not waste water. Take care of the house as you would your own home.
