Overview
MELBOURNE (Melton) Located in the outer west in Melton (Melbourne), we have a large 3 bedroom house all the necessary amenities including full kitchen, guest has own bathroom, toilet and bedroom, laundry, 2 living areas including TV. House has central heating and cooling. We also have Netflix :) Our house will be more suitable for those studying in Melbourne (City/CBD), or the Western Suburbs such as Footscray and Sunshine. Please message us to see if your institute is close. Very close to public transport (bus stop), approximately 1 minute walk to bus stop which goes to the local Melton Railway station. Guest bedroom includes: single bed, small desk, chair, lamp, and TV. Rate includes: Guest bedroom, bathroom, toilet, access to kitchen, meals (breakfast help self, lunch make own, dinner prepared together), access to use laundry (do it yourself), Internet, printing (keep it to minimum). We are a male couple, one works shift work (different hours), and the other works most days Monday-Saturday. We have 1 dog - who mostly stays outside. He loves people. We are happy to provide lifts to nearby shops, shopping centre, and train station (depending on our availability). Free pickup from Airport can be arranged (depending on our availability).
