Hello, Welcome, property is in an amazing location with a massive public park at the back garden. Close proximity to train station and town centre. Nice and quiet area for all vacation purposes. House Rules
Clean as you go. No smoking indoors. No pets. Communal living, dining, kitchen and loos. No loud noises, get consent from landlord before holding parties. It’s okay having visitors, if more than two visitors are sleeping over, inform landlord so sleeping arrangements can be made. Inform host of any underlying health conditions (COVID positive cases must be reported ASAP).
