Welcome to my home. I live with my son ive have been hosting for over 16 years now we live in a detached house.with a south-facing garden,pond . patio area,6carparking,internet.over looking fields I am set back on a main road close to vibrant colchester 40 mins , clacton 5 mins the beach 2 mins by car .with excellent . London city centre The area has plenty to do. both active and relaxing .theaters, leisure centres, many restaurants, nightlife, bars clubs, shopping, spa, hairdressers . Beaches lovely walks. . a. sailing, outdoor pursuits. a boating lake Hi I'm happy to provide food at an extra cost, however, there are loads of places to eat and supermarkets 5 mins away on foot. *Children over 4 are welcome and very young babies. * Use of the kitchen * This needs to be arranged at the time of booking and with payment of a deposit. of £50. * use of the washing machine £6.00 per load /use of the dryer £6.00 per load * please take the time to read the information about my home and the house rules. *Payment is via PayPal at the time of booking. which is refundable up to two weeks before arrival. *for stays over 2nights No smoking vaping .drinking drugs and only paying guests . House Rules
be respectful of my home after 10 pm wear earphones clean up after yourself, as you go close doors quietly no smoking, alcohol or drugs. on the property, anyone found to be under the influence will be asked to leave any remaining balance. pay for any breakages. take all your belongings when you leave there is a charge for left luggage of £20.per night be mindful of water usage no showering after 10 PM return all keys and towels at the end of your stay. turn of unplug lights/ phones/ TVs only people that are named on the booking are permitted to enter Please inform me if you will be coming back to your room later than 10 pm check-in is 3 pm-9 pm, a late check-in fee of £20 checkout is 10 am checkouts past 10 am will be charged 100% of the nightly rate no washing/drying clothes in the bathroom payment in full via PayPal at the time of booking please no refunds from 2 weeks before your stay. do not arrive if you are feeling unwell. thank you, Collette and Liam
