WELCOME TO VALENCIA!
Overview
WELLCOME HOME FOR YOUNG AND ADULT STUDENTS. Come home and share your life with international students. BED&BREAKFAST. I live with my son, David, 47, who has his own job. I've been hosting students from all over the world for 16 years now. There's one student in the house: my son and me. A maximum of two students is allowed. Sometimes teachers or people currently studying Spanish come over. The apartment is close to the city center, next to Ruzafa and the City of Sciences; it's very well connected by foot and buses to all areas. The house is spacious, bright, has gardens, shops, and small terraces. There are two bathrooms, one shared for the students, and a dining room and living room. I have Wi-Fi throughout the house and a comfortable atmosphere. I stay at home, so I use the apartment to do all my homework. I do your laundry: personal clothes, your towels, and your bedclothes once a week (if you stay longer than one week).I'm at home and take care of the entire apartment. I love hosting students of all ages, from young professionals to retired people of my age who are interested in studying Spanish or simply spending a few days off in Valencia. I also come for several months a year. Sometimes you come to do an internship at a company. I offer a continental breakfast in the morning. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you'd like more information; I'd be happy to discuss anything you need to know. I'm open to adult women interested in studying Spanish or simply having a holiday and doing tourism. Please do ask for any information you need; I will be happy to answer you. Many thanks and see you soon. See you soon...and thank you, Mercedes.
House Rules
The house is non-smoking and non-alcoholic. The rules are always those of maximum courtesy and camaraderie, it is about living in a great atmosphere and that we all feel at home. The maximum norm of coexistence is respect for the other companions in the house and maintaining a patient attitude since coexistence entails a predisposition to dialogue and to think that we are a family and we organize ourselves very well. We can't receive boyfriends and girlfriends at home, we don't fit... it's important that you know. It is of the utmost importance that you respect the No Alcohol issue: YOU CANNOT BRING ALCOHOL HOME and, in the case of going out to a party, which is very normal on weekends, be very careful not to arrive home drunk, as it causes many bothers everyone else and creates a lot of problems.
