Overview
[English version below - Please feel free to contact me in English if you prefer!] Quiet neighborhood in a charming little town at the gateway to the Vercors High Plateaux National Reserve. Bright room in cozy and comfortable accommodation. Beautiful southeast view of our highest mountains. Go hiking right from the front door, or stroll through the picturesque streets of the old quarter. The town center is just a 3-minute walk away, with excellent restaurants, cafes, bakeries, markets, an organic grocery store, and all other amenities. Cultural events and outdoor activities abound: hiking, climbing, swimming, cycling, horseback riding, archery, paragliding, concerts, festivals... In the surrounding area, there are a multitude of magnificent hiking trails, impressive climbing sites, and charming villages to visit. Having lived mostly in Canada, Norway, the United States, and France, I speak English, Norwegian, and French. Deep down, I feel more Canadian, but I really like the Diois region, and I'm very happy to have landed here :-) ............................................................................................................................ House Rules
Check-in between 4 and 8pm. Check-out between 8 and 10am. Free cancellation up to one week before arrival date. We share the living room, bathroom, and separate toilet. There is a possibility of using the kitchen as well. All cleaning products here are eco-friendly. Bath towels are available for €3. There is no television, microwave, or elevator. The house is quiet after 10 p.m. Pets not allowed. We live in a region where water is precious—please use it wisely. Also, please do not leave lights on unnecessarily. Thank you! We have hiking maps that you can borrow, and we will be happy to give you ideas and suggestions for hikes and places to visit, as well as recommendations for restaurants and cafés worth trying. If you have any questions before you arrive, please don't hesitate to call to speak to us directly. Lovely bright room with beautiful mountain views; high-quality 100 X 190 cm mattress; desk; nightstand with drawers; closet for clothes to hang and for storing your suitcase, plus two large shelves for the rest of your belongings. Bed linens are provided.
