Overview
My name is Jean & I live in this house with my partner and my younger sister and little golden retriever puppy! :) Our house located in Dublin 15. Wifi and all bills included. Only take 40mins to go city centre by transportation! Buses: 40d, 40e, 238 (35-40 mins to city centre) Grocery: Lidl & Supervalu nearby 15 mins to Blanchardstown shopping centre & TU Dublin Blanch Campus It's a new estate so the house is really clean & tidy!
House Rules
Sorry - Female guests only :) Rent includes: electricity,gas,wifi etc. You are welcome to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself! I will provide laundry service once every week. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking must be outside of house. Please note that we are not able to accommodate additional guests who are not confirmed in a booking. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. No outdoors shoes in the house!

Cosy comfortable new build single room with desk, double bed, blackout curtains and bathroom which share 1 other. You will have your own fridge/freezer in the kitchen.
