Overview
Phil and Sung are a couple in their 50s. Phil speaks English, Spanish, and Korean. We are interested in talking with friends, travel, computer/internet, foreign cultures, camping, the outdoor. [1 Bed 1 Bath (Private) - House] A quiet and safe neighborhood with a private, comfortable room. This room is designed for one person and includes a private bathroom, a storage closet, and queen bed. [Monthly Rent: $950] Includes utilities (electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi) Security Deposit: $500 Total Due Before Move-In: $1,450 (includes first month's rent, utilities, and deposit) Shared access to the kitchen and laundry area (washer and dryer included). Consumables in the kitchen and laundry room must be prepared by individuals. (Detergent, seasoning needed for cooking, etc) Light snacks and cereal are provided. Street parking available. [Quiet Hours] Quiet time must be observed between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. [House Rules] No smoking No drugs, no alchoal No pets No visitors, no guests [Requirements] A background and criminal record check is required before move-in A copy of your ID is also needed.
