Overview
We welcome each guest as though old friends. My husband Dave and I live in a modern sunny three bedroom house .we provide b/b and if required evening meal at a small extra charge. We live in new Malden surrey very close to Kingston , Sutton and Epsom and Wimbledon. Please not we no longer have CATS There is a Bus stop at the bottom of our road 213 which goes to Kingston or Sutton. Trains to London take 15 mins and the station is a ten-minute walk. Kingston University, Hospital and large shopping centre are all within easy reach. Sutton, Epsom, Wimbledon & Richmond park also very close. We are close to 4 tube stations - New morden, motspur Park, Worcester Park, and Morden Manor - they are all within 10 or 15 mins walk. We are also close to the A3 to London. We are close to Kingston Hospital and Kingston University. .we have 6 grandchildren that keep us busy, we are members of the national trust and enjoy walking .my husband is a cyclist and has been a racing and track cyclist.
House Rules
We are fully vaccinated and boosted .I have sanitizer by the front door and in room. We ask that on booking with us that you show your ID information, name, address and copy of driving licence or passport. payment in full on arrival. cash or cheque. Or bank transfer can be arranged. No smoking. Please be respectful of my home and others.
