Retired couple that have 3 large furnished bedrooms (Double bed or 2 singles, Desk, Dresser, walk in closets. 3 shared washrooms, Main Kitchen, Eating area plus use of separate kitchen and fridge. Two minutes to bus and 15 minutes to Skytrain in Richmond. Then 30 minutes to downtown Vancouver. All bedrooms are huge, minimum of 160 sq ft. TV area
