Warm family of Santa Ana
Overview
We live in Santa Ana, a small city located 20 km west of San José, the capital of Costa Rica. It is an area privileged by the amount of public, commercial, cultural and entertainment services. We offer a small room furnished with a sofa bed, small wardrobe, TV, bathroom, kitchen with fridge and other appliances, laundry room with washing machine and separate entrance. The room, kitchen and bathroom are exclusively for the guest. Natural ventilation and light are available. We have a nice garden at the entrance of the house and the neighborhood is very quiet. We are a family made up of four people: Bruce (54), Ana (53), Kenny (24) and Tony (21). Bruce is an English teacher and writer, Ana is a psychologist and writer, Kenny is an English teacher and Tony is a student and worker in a service center. We speak English and Spanish, we love spending time together, playing and listening to music, dancing, walking and, in general, having a good time.
House Rules
Smoking, drinking too much liquor or illegal drugs (including marijuana) is not allowed. We have two pets in the house, so it's not allowed to bring pets. Guest must keep the room, clean the kitchen and bathroom. Do not let Chuck and dirt from the trash. It is part of respect for all of us. You should also avoid being noisy. Banned drugs or get drunk. You can come and go when the guest decides, but should let us know if you will be arriving late (after midnight), for safety. Do not invite strangers into the house. To invite a friend, you must notify us. Guest must also be thrifty with the use of water and electricity and take care of the artifacts available.
