Smoking only permitted on balcony. Bringing guests home is negotiable. Tea/coffee available. Covid-19 rules are followed, I'm pleased to advise that I'm fully vaccinated and also boosted against Covid-19, I will only accept guests that have been vaccinated. Payment: A 20% deposit is required at time of booking and to be received within 7 days to guarantee the reservation. The remaining 80% is due 10 days prior to arrival. Payment Method: Bank transfer or Paypal is acceptable. Details will be provided at time of confirmation. PLEASE NOTE due to increased money transfer rates a fee of 30 euros WILL BE ADDED to all non-EuroZone payments.
