Guests must keep the room clean and tidy The host has the right to enter the room for inspection. Guests are responsible for keeping their own items secure. The host does not take responsibility for lost items Guests must keep kitchen, bathroom, living room and any other shared rooms clean and tidy Smoking is not permitted in the property Any visitors must leave the property by 21.00 hours. Overnight visitors are not allowed Guests must not bring any pets into the property Guests must not allow rubbish to build up in the room and all rubbish must be placed in the rubbish bins provided Guests must not keep any flammable items in the room Guests must not have any heating system in their room other than the one provided Guest must not move or damage any furniture, pictures or wall hangings Guests must keep noise to a minimum Guests must report any loss of keys immediately to the host Guests must not use the utilities such as gas, electricity to excessive use Guests must make sure that they take all their personal possessions when leaving the property
