Very Close to Language Schools
Overview
I have been hosting foreign students for a few years and enjoy getting to know new people. My house is in a quiet cul-de-sac I have my own parking space which you are free to use. i Am very close to Portsmouth University and 2 miles from all Language schools I am 10 minutes walk from the beach and 2 minutes walk from a bus stop which is on a bus route. There are lots of restaurants shops and bars near. A light Breakfast is included in the room rate. Additional Info- I offer a pick up from any Portsmouth train/coach station for a fee Of £5 and Gatwick airport pick up is £80. I can offer a packed lunch and a evening meal for a additional £5 each if you have any dietary requirements please inform me when you book.
House Rules
Please keep our home secure by locking the front door. No shoes on the carpet. No Strangers unless previously agreed by host. Please enjoy your stay here and any issues I am more than happy to discuss with you.
