Overview
My husband Alex and my girls Emy and Ann make my family . We offer our ancestral home for home stay facility to families and groups . Its having 3 bedrooms with a large living room , dining for 8 and fully set kitchen. A private court yard is all set as wash area. Since its of old architectural style no attached toilets are provided. its located in a quite village near Ashtamudi Back Waters in kollam. Because of our job and schooling of kids we have moved to trivandrum and therefore we will be able to join the guests only on weekends and or as and when required.
House Rules
Families and Groups are allowed . Minors below the age of 18 are allowed only if accompanied by either one pf the parents . Personal particulars of guests along with a copy of ID to be provided on check in . Parties and gatherings will be allowed subject to keeping quiet hours from 11 PM to 6 am . Alcohol consumption shall be subject to local rules .
