Overview
Welcome to our homestay! Our home is located in a convenient and vibrant neighborhood, perfect for students . Just a 5-minute walk from our house, you’ll find the Renfrew Community Centre, which offers a variety of amenities including a swimming pool, a library, and a gym. It’s a great place to relax, exercise, or study. Transportation is also very easy here. There’s a bus stop right at our doorstep, and the SkyTrain is only an 8-minute walk away. This makes commuting to major schools like UBC, BCIT, and VCC , as they are all accessible by public transit. One of the highlights of staying with us is the food! My husband is an experienced chef who specializes in Chinese cuisine. He previously owned several restaurants in China, so you can look forward to delicious, authentic homemade meals during your stay. As for me, I speak fluent English and am more than happy to help you adapt to life here, whether it’s improving your language skills, navigating the city, or understanding local culture. Living here means you’ll have everything you need close by, making your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. We look forward to hosting you!
House Rules
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have visitors. Meals are served at 8 AM (breakfast) and 5:30 PM (dinner). Let us know if you have dietary restrictions. You are responsible for keeping your room clean. Laundry can be done on weekends. Always lock the door when leaving the house. Wi-Fi password is provided upon arrival. Please use it responsibly.
