Welcome to Valley Pads Nestled in the West Ward of Easton, Valley Pads is my beautifully restored home that blends historic charm with modern convenience. With soaring 10-foot ceilings and a warm, inviting atmosphere, it’s perfect for solo travelers or couples seeking a cozy stay. Room for rent is within Owner's primary residence. ID verification and background check is required prior to any tour. Please provide full name, email address and phone number. You will be contacted by Truvi and KeyCheck for verification. A small fee is required to complete. Your Stay at Valley Pads: - Private Room: within my home Relax in a modern, thoughtfully designed second floor room featuring a plush queen bed with luxury linens, blackout shades for a restful night’s sleep, and a 55” Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. o Private Bathroom: A dedicated first-floor bathroom with a refreshing shower and soft towels ensures your comfort throughout your stay. o Shared Spaces: Enjoy access to a fully equipped kitchen, a charming dining room, and two cozy living spaces. Join the host in the first floor living room or unwind in the guest-exclusive third-floor lounge, complete with a 65” Smart TV and a dedicated workspace for your productivity needs. • Fully Equipped Shared Kitchen for Culinary Enthusiasts: - Whether you’re cooking a simple breakfast or preparing a gourmet meal, the kitchen has everything you need: o Cookware (pots, pans, baking dishes, and more) o Dinnerware, silverware, and a variety of glasses (wine, coffee mugs, shot glasses) o A coffee/tea bar for grabbing a cup before heading out the door. o Your own dedicated pantry option. o Modern appliances, including a Ninja air fryer, Nutri Bullet blender, Insta Pot, hand mixer, and more. • Parking & Neighborhood Convenience: There is ample street parking available. A spot directly in front of the home is not a guarantee, but the surrounding area provides plenty of parking options. With a Walk Score of 95, you’re steps away from Easton’s vibrant Centre Square, local shops, and an array of restaurants, making it easy to explore without a car. • Comfort and Security: o Each bedroom is equipped with a digital lock for added peace of mind. The property features exterior cameras covering the backyard and front door, a Ring doorbell, and a remotely monitored security system with a personalized access code for guests. • What to Expect at Valley Pads: o Hassle-free self-check-in with a personalized digital access code shared before your arrival. o Laundry facilities, including an iron and ironing board, are available in the home for your convenience. o Extra pillows, blankets, and bath towels are provided to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. • Important Notes: o Valley Pads is the owner’s primary residence, so some spaces are shared. o No pets, parties, or guests not listed on the rental agreement are allowed. o The home is not child-proof or designed for young children. o Access requires climbing stairs, as the property does not have an elevator. House Rules
1. Toilet-only toilet paper in toilets. No wipes of any kind to go down the toilet. No baby wipes, no booty wipes, no face wipes. No female products to be flushed. 2. Trash and recycling go out every Tuesday Night-Trash and recycling collected on Wednesday morning. 3. Plates and food or beverage items should not be left out in order to prevent pest/rodent problems including your bedroom area. 4. Conserve electricity when not in use-turn off lights/ac/and heat on third floor when not in use 5. With dryer use-lint screen must be cleaned before and after using every time 6. Residents have the full responsibility to keep the house sanitary and free from unhealthy or unsafe conditions. As soon as you detect any trash smells or see it is full please take outside immediately. 7. No pets are allowed on the premises at any time. 8. Please wash your dishes after using or rinse them and place them in the dishwasher. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. 9. Kitchen sinks are not equipped with garbage disposals. Each sink does have a food strainer that needs to be cleaned each time it collects food in it. If not, extra cleaning fees may be applied. 10. For the safety and comfort of everyone, guests shall not have visitors in the home that are not on the lease. 11. Keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 8am. 12. All cars must be in a drivable condition. Parking will be on the street area only. 13. This is a nonsmoking property which includes vaping. 14. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and THIS WILL BE A DEFAULT UNDER THE LEASE AND GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 15. For extra security and protection, security cameras are in place outside and in plain sight in common areas only. 16. For extra security and protection, a monitored security system alarms all doors and windows. You will be provided with your own temporary code for use during your stay. Your code is not to be given out to anyone else. Furthermore, do not install your own safety/security locks, do not make duplicate keys/locks and do not change locks. Should this rule be violated the authorities will be engaged, and THIS WILL BE A DEFAULT UNDER THE LEASE AND GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 17. Guest will not paint any walls, ceiling, floors or any other portion of the Leased Premises. 18. Comply with the laws of any applicable governmental units controlling the property area. Comply with all applicable city ordinances and be responsible for any and all city fines due to non-compliance. 19. Average temperature range for the house will be between 68-72 degrees. Each room is equipped with a fan to regulate temperature including your room. 20. Lastly, because this is a rental property, not a hotel, and it is also my home, please be respectful of the property, keep it clean and do not rearrange the furniture.
