This is a newly remodeled 5/3 2,850 sq ft residence in the sunbelt (in between Salinas and Monterey). It is a quiet, gated community that is a great home to relax and feel like you're in a family home. No matter which Hospital you work for, it is a short distance. There is pool and hot tub access, internet, TV, and front load washer/dryer available. Im seeking to rent the room to a person who is family friendly, but offer a peaceful environment with plenty of privacy. I have 1 cat that is extremely friendly. I keep the house very clean. This bedroom is located on the second floor. It is spacious and has a large window that allows for plenty of natural light. The private bathroom is attached to it, it has a double vanity, a shower and a bathtub. There is plenty of storage. The backyard is a little oasis for you to relax or work out.
