University Carlos III & JCarlos I
Overview
Very close to the Carlos III and Juan Carlos I Universities. Our house is a beautiful 2-story apartment with a large terrace, 2 min. walking distance from the METRO and BUS, in a beautiful residential area with many bars, terraces, pubs and shops. It is located 20 min. from the center of Madrid by public transport. We live in a gated community with security, tennis courts and swimming pool. BREAKFAST and LAUNDRY are included in the price; We do not charge extra for laundry. Our guests would share the house with Mari Paz (English and Spanish) and Manuel (English and Spanish). We have 2 rooms available, one of them with views of a large terrace and the other a little larger and with a larger bed. They have a desk, internet access, wardrobe, heating and air conditioning. The bathroom is shared with the other guest, when both rooms are occupied. The common areas, living room, kitchen, terrace, swimming pool, tennis, are available to our guests. Normally, we only accept requests for stays for periods equal to or greater than 3 months, but we can make exceptions, especially in the summer and Christmas months. If you need a stay for a shorter period, ask us and we will try to help you. We offer dinners from Monday to Friday for €9. Spanish gastronomy, very healthy and abundant. We love having people from other countries and/or cultures at home and with the same or different languages as ours. We like to share experiences and collaborate with our guests in everything they need: trips, tourist visits, banking procedures, hobbies, papers, etc.
