I live on the upper portion of the house and I have a two bedroom basement apartment to host. It’s a nice spacious unit with separate entrance for complete privacy. 10-15 mins away from Airport. Clean, spacious unit with self check-in access. Two Double beds in each room. Sofa bed in living room. Just off the highway. (Highway 401/Mavis Road.) Next to Heartland Town Center. Costco, Walmart, No frills. All kind of restaurants and Brand Stores in the neighbourhood.

No Parties No Extra Guests No Smoking or vaping No Pets, except service animals. (Inform Host) —————————— Bedroom 1 - Double bed. Bedroom 2 - Double bed. Living room - Sofa Bed. —————————— Wifi access code to scan a QR code at the premises. Identify the Fire Extinguisher location. Do not store any personal items in furnace closet. Outdoor shoes to stay on Black Mat area or shoe rack. While cooking please make sure the hood exhaust fan is turned ON. Do not leave any personal items on premises. At checkout, everything at the apartment should be left the same way as provided.
