Three bedroom house in attractive well sought after area bordering between Chelsea and Fulham . Safe and peaceful location .fully furnished . very relaxed friendly home My son is at university and I'm a tennis coach running my own club . We are used to hosting guests who always enjoy their stay . Very welcoming family We also have cats .

Payment Method: Please note that i require my guests to pay booking in total to us one week in advance of the arrival date , to hold your room - Bank details will be informed after confirming the booking online. Cancellation Policy: I ask my guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.” No smoking allowed in or out near my home or garden . Guests who smoke still book although I have stated no smoking as my only rule Check out is at 12 pm on the day of departure , to prepare room for other guests
