Tropical Cozy Room Close to River
Overview
Our home is tucked away in the safe and tranquil area of Belama Phase One, not too close or too far away from everything. The Historic Old Belize River runs nearby. Our neighborhood is very lush with trees on the North-side of Belize City. People are very warm and friendly in our neighborhood. We have a large coconut tree in the yard that offer shade from the sun. Nearby Cucumber Beach is very relaxing bathing in the sun, swimming or climbing the water slide. There are a good selection of Grocery Stores, Restaurants and Bar in the area all in walking distance. We have great neighbors including the Mayor of Belize City that lives two houses away. We are located less than 10 minutes from Downtown Belize City and approximately 15 minutes from the International Airport. We enjoy road trips exploring our Beautiful Belize.
House Rules
Be mindful to the serene atmosphere and keep noise at minimum. No Firearms, Belize has zero-tolerance laws to Firearms. No Drugs. No smoking. Practice Cleanliness and keep your space clean. Help Conserve energy and keep rates low by turning off Fans, Lights, Air-condition etc. when not in use. Please do not invite strangers to our home, should you desire to have a guest kindly arrange so we may agree in advance. Keep the house secure by locking the doors when entering and leaving the house. Keep the front gate locked when entering and leaving. Kindly do not remove linens or any items from our home. Please do not attempt to adjust, repair, remove anything, just ask for our help and we will assist you. Enjoy your stay and show respect for our house, treat it as you would your own!
