Overview
Large en-suite bedroom with three single beds, in a modern house, bright and quiet, 8 minutes walk from LUAS green line, Glencairn stop, 35 mins to the city center by tram, 1.5km from the final stop of Aircoach (Line 700). We are a family of three with a 14-year-old son, I'm a housewife and my husband works at home most of the time. We offer a quiet main bedroom with three single beds, private bathroom / toilets, one parking space. We do not provide breakfast or meals but guests are free to use the microwave and cook some light meals for themselves. There will be a shared use of fridge/freezer. Use of wahsing machine and dryer available and wifi included as well as other utilities are covered in rent. There's a high-rated cafe in 5 minutes walk , a Dunnes Store in 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. Looking forward to hear from you !
House Rules
Please keep quiet after 10pm. No smoking, no party. No shoes upstairs. Please pack the binbag in the bathroom and bring it to the black bin when you check out. You can use the laundry room with wash and dryer machine once every three days.
