House Rules
Check in time 12:00 noon; Check out time 11:00 am Full payment at the time of check-in or 30 days before check-in date. Whichever is applicable. Bank account details can be shared after booking. Any international transaction charges if any levied by bank is to be paid by the guest. We expect from our guests to be concerned for few things like no loud music, no non vegetarian food, visitors allowed till common area (garden, living room) only. **Request: We are really concern about not wasting water. There is ample water available in our house and throughout city, yet it will be highly appreciable if our guests cooperate with us and use water whatever minimum possible :)

It's a two room set, 'Room 1' with King Size bed has private toilet. Another attached 'Room 2' has Futon bed, TV with DTH. Other common shared toilets are also available. In front of of room is green carpet terrace for other leisure activity.
This room can accommodate two adults. Room is bright airy and welcomes morning sunlight. A green terrace available for guests is right in front of the room. Toilet is commonly shared with other guests. Air conditioning on extra payment of Rs. 300 /day
